By accessing, browsing, or creating an account on the 2040 platform (https://2040.pro), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. 2040 reserves the right to amend or update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of those changes. Only individuals aged 18 or older may create an account and use 2040.
Account creation, security & user responsibilities
To create an account on 2040, you must provide accurate and complete information. 2040 reserves the right to cancel accounts registered with false or incomplete details. Each individual may only manage one account — multiple accounts are prohibited.
You are responsible for keeping your account password and login details completely confidential. Please notify 2040 Support immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for any activity on your account.
As a user, you promise that:
- You are at least 18 years old and legally eligible to participate in betting activities.
- You are placing bets for yourself with your own funds, not on behalf of anyone else.
- Do not engage in any fraudulent, illegal, or unethical activities on the platform.
- Do not attempt to exploit any technical vulnerabilities on the platform.
Payment, transaction & bonus policy
All transactions on 2040 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals are available via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified in the platform sections and may change over time.
Deposited funds may only be used for legitimate bets or games. Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities is strictly prohibited. Suspicious activity will result in immediate account suspension and notification of relevant authorities.
Rules regarding bonuses and rewards:
- Each bonus offer has specific rollover requirements that must be fulfilled before claiming.
- Bonuses have an expiration period—expired bonuses will be canceled.
- Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts will result in account termination.

Liability, intellectual property & third parties
The 2040 platform is provided “as is.” 2040 is not liable for losses caused by technical issues, server failures, or internet connectivity problems. Financial losses resulting from bets or games on the platform are solely the user’s responsibility.
All content of the 2040 platform — logos, designs, software, game content, and text — are intellectual property of 2040. Copying, distribution, or commercial use without permission is strictly forbidden.
2040 may include content from third-party game providers and service suppliers. 2040 is not responsible for the content or services of these third parties. Accessing external websites means their own policies apply.
Account suspension, closure & applicable law
2040 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account under the following circumstances:
- Violation of terms or suspicious activity.
- Providing false information or identity fraud.
- Managing multiple accounts or abusing bonuses.
- Legal reasons or instructions from authorities.
If illegal activity is proven upon account closure, the balance may be forfeited. For regular account closures, valid balances will be returned subject to the withdrawal policy.
