By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the 2040 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms apply to all users of 2040, whether registered members or guests.

Account Registration Rules
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each individual may only hold one account. The mobile number and payment method linked to your account must be your own. Registering with false or misleading information may result in account suspension or permanent closure.
2040 may request additional documentation for identity verification at any time. Failure to submit the required documents may result in restrictions being placed on your account.
Password & Account Security
Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact our support team immediately.
Avoid logging in from public devices or public Wi-Fi. You are personally responsible for all activity on your account unless unauthorized third-party access can be proven.
Payments, Transactions & Bonus Policy
All financial transactions on the 2040 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits and withdrawals must be made through approved payment methods, including bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. Transactions from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.
Deposits are typically credited within 1 to 10 minutes. Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of verification. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply as specified on the platform.
Claiming a bonus or promotional offer requires meeting the associated turnover conditions. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they become withdrawable only once the required wagering amount has been completed. Full bonus terms are listed alongside each offer and apply accordingly.
Prohibited Activities & Account Suspension Policy
What Is Prohibited?
- Creating or operating multiple accounts.
- Coordinated betting or artificial transactions to abuse bonuses.

- Depositing funds from money laundering or illegal sources.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy
If a user engages in any of the prohibited activities listed above, 2040 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice. Any deposited funds may be forfeited in such cases.
Users may also request account closure at any time. Any remaining balance must be withdrawn before the account is closed.
For accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, the platform may take action in accordance with its policies, and the user will be notified in advance by email.
Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third Parties

2040 strives to provide uninterrupted service at all times, though temporary disruptions may occur due to technical issues, maintenance, or external factors. 2040 is not liable for cancelled bets or financial losses resulting from server downtime or network issues. The platform is not responsible for losses caused by problems with a user's own device or internet connection.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, software, and trademarks on the 2040 platform are the exclusive property of 2040. Reproducing, distributing, or using any content for commercial purposes without written permission is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Links
The platform may include links to third-party games or services. 2040 is not responsible for third-party content or their policies. We recommend reading the relevant terms and conditions before using any third-party service.
Changes to Terms, Governing Law & Contact
2040 reserves the right to modify, update, or revoke these Terms and Conditions, in whole or in part, at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via the platform or by email. Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws and regulations of Bangladesh. Should any dispute arise, both parties will first attempt to resolve it through mutual discussion. If no resolution is reached, the matter will be referred to a competent court in Bangladesh.
